According to Trinity the Tuck, the queens were negatively critiqued on the stage of Drag Race All Stars 7. The season, which collects some of the fiercest winners from the show’s herstory, has been met with overwhelming praise from viewers and critics for the sheer amount of charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent on display, as well as RuPaul’s decision to not eliminate any of the contestants.

All Stars 7 has also been commended for its new approach to judging. Unlike past seasons, the panel – which consists of Ru, Michelle Visage, Carson Kressley and Ross Matthews – have been reluctant to offer constructive criticism towards their performances and runway presentations, instead showering them with endless praise.

While a majority of viewers have welcomed this optimistic change, saying it creates a more positive and celebratory environment for the queens, there are a select few who have not reacted kindly to it.

On 10 July, Trinity asked her followers if they think the format of All Stars 7 should be applied to future seasons because it allows the contestants more “screen time”, as well as the chance to showcase all of their ensembles.
