Emma Watson appeared to make a dig at Harry Potter author JK Rowling when she attended the BAFTA Awards last night. The 31-year-old star, who played Hermione Grainger in the film adaptions of Rowling's best-selling books, was presenting the award for the Best Outstanding British Film at the Royal Albert Hall when she made a sly comment.
Host of the awards Rebel Wilson welcomed the actress to the stage, and said: "Here to present the next award is Emma Watson.
She calls herself a feminist, but we all know she’s a witch."To which Emma replied: "I’m here for ALL the witches."Her comment comes after recent controversial Twitter posts made by Rowling on transgender women, as reports the Mirror.
