News broke yesterday (26 January) that Umbrella Academy star, Elliot Page, had filed for a contested divorce at Manhattan Supreme Court.
Page’s filing for the divorce has arrived just short of three months after Portner, 26, vocalised support for the actor and their transition.
The Canadian couple released a statement on the news: “After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce following our separation last summer,” they wrote. “We have the utmost respect for each other and remain close friends.
